Harbor Freight Tools

The staff answered 2 of my phone calls very professionally . It was clear that they wanted to assist me and went out of their way to find answers. When I went into the store the staff was equally professional. Well done Harbor Freight. As a side note. The small trailer that I purchased is incredible. Should have purchased it sooner.

The store was busy and the employees were spread thin. When I got a guy to help me, he listened to exactly what I needed and found they had more stocked in the back. Since that was the last thing I was shopping for he told me to go get in line and delivered it to me there. That was super cool and he went out of his way. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Harbor Freight and the employees here maintain a great store. My new shop-vac works great!

Actually had some decent customer service. Not that I didn't expect it per se but I was VERY pleased that they took the time to go "look in back" for a sale item that was not on the shelf ( & I assumed was sold out). Took a few minutes but I left with the item at the advertised price on the last sale day!

I love harbor freight! There isn't one other place you can go to and get tools, hardware, and other awesome things at such a low price! I like how you can find projects to start there, or financially allow me to continue or finish others. This location had a super friendly staff and knowledgeable about subject matter.
