I absolutely love taking my vehicle to Laura Chevrolet to have it serviced. Kevin Tate is the service manager that I work with every single time I'm in there and he is amazing. He is always very informative he's very thorough very pleasant and he doesn't mess around. He explains everything to me in detail from start to finish and breaks it down to where I can understand it. I've never had a problem with this dealership. And believe me I've been there quite a few times over a car that I bought from a different car lot. but Kevin and his crew took excellent care of me and I absolutely adore them. I refused to bring my vehicle anywhere else for maintenance or service.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. They did an amazing job, they were very informative and Blake Key; my Salesman was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Finance manager was very personable; which hardly ever happens, and worked with me to get the payment where I was comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Laura Chevy/GMC to EVERYONE!

Highly recommend! Our salesman Collin was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable on every vehicle I was interested in, no pressure to look at anything I didn’t want to, he never once tried to talk me into a higher price tag, and he was very patient with all of my questions. I would also like to compliment the finance manager at this branch, he was very direct and to the point, let me know with the amount I’m driving what warranty packages he would recommend and explained how to avoid being in negative equity in a vehicle. I had previously had a terrible experience at a different dealership, walking into Laura was a breath of fresh air! I love the way they do business here.

We drove a little over an hour to purchase a new car from Laura Chevrolet Buick GMC. It was worth the drive! Sonya our sales person was fantastic to work with and took great care of us during the buying process.nnThe Yukon we purchased had a manufacturers defect with the rim, which they promptly replaced, but Sonya and the dealership went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Our last four cars have been Buick or GMC, all serviced by the dealership, this has been by far the best service we have received in the past 6 years.

I picked up a new 2021 Tahoe over the weekend. It was a 5 week process from start to finish bc of the limited number of Tahoes available due to covid production shutdowns. My salesman Garett Guthrie and the sales manager Cloyd Barden were incredibly responsive through the whole process. Kept me up to date on delivery, etc. The whole process was great and Garett made it all so simple. Very appreciative of their making it an extremely positive experience.
