Charlie went to bat for us to get both a part and labor covered under warranty, which saved us a ton of money. He also repaired 2 other issues on my work truck and the charge was extremely reasonable. To top it off, he parked my truck around the back of the building where it would be more secure, and he had Allison call and let me know where to find it. Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Was just there today nice people but I had two front tires balanced and they didn’t remove the old wheel weights they instead just added weights to it. Having been a mechanic I know this isn’t the proper way to do it and yes my steering wheel still shakes at highway speeds! Very disheartening that younCan’t find a shop around here that can balance low profile tires correctly.
