We just returned from a month trip on 10/2/2020 which included a planned memorial in TX which would not have been possible without the EXCELLENT urgent electrical service by Bourbon RV, namely Josh Harmon. Everything worked perfectly while we were gone. We have had excellent service from the pick up of our travel trailer including awesome training since we are new at this about a year ago to the present time. If you are looking to purchase or need service, go to Bourbon RV you won't be disappointed. They treat you like family!

If you want to be treated like family ... and not overpay for your RV, this is the place for you. Matt was our salesperson and he is a genuinely nice person who will help you find the perfect RV to build family memories that will last a lifetime. Their store is stocked with all you need. No nickel and dining. Just really nice people that will do all they can to help you. We live in St. Louis and the drive to Bourbon for our RV was well worth it!!!

Bought a small RV from them by phone after going to their website - and after a lot of online research - and arranged delivery halfway. We've never bought something this expensive this way, and this is also our first RV purchase. Matthew Elbert made the process very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with, as was the gentleman who delivered the RV. We would definitely buy from them again if we decide to upgrade to a bigger one in the future.

The staff was friendly however I feel their prices are inflated due to Covid. We did alot of research and found the same make model and year much cheaper at other dealerships. I don't feel they even did what we asked when it came to financing.
