A great experience for me! My hair was very long, but I needed a change. I got it all cut, I love my cut and color!!!!!

I called here to ask the price of a pedicure and was told it would be $45 but it would be an hour of the 'full salon experience' . I tried to book for that day, but was told there wasn't enough staff that day, so I made the appointment for the next day. I got there at my scheduled time and had to wait 15 minutes before they were ready for me. Made me mad a bit because I had scheduled an appointment and my time is valuable to me. I also noticed a walk ins welcome sign outside their door advertising pedicures and manicures, which is probably not true since I couldn't get in the day I called. First thing I noticed when I walk in is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. IT WAS HOT. They put you in a tiny room in the back too and with the sun streaming in the window it was uncomfortable. Not a great salon experience so far. Then the employees start talking about another employee in a bad way. This is also uncomfortable, I would prefer not to hear them speak ill of another while I'm there trying to relax. They're complaining about her not showing up for her clients. This makes me want to never come here again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She started at 4:00 and was done at 4:50. This was not an hour I was promised. The massage was ok not very long though. They did everything every other place does, it just took her a little longer. Then when she was done I discovered THEY HAVE NO DRYING MACHINE. So I've got wet toes and I was sent along my way. Luckily I don't live far. When I got home I inspected them closer and she did a terrible job. There was paint all over my skin on the edges. I had to fix it myself. I'm kicking myself at this point for spending so much money on such a bad pedicure and experience. I showed my boyfriend and he said it looked bad and I got ripped off and he'd heard things from other people saying that place was bad. So I thought I'd post a review so other people know what to expect, because I looked for reviews before I went, but didn't see any so I took a chance.n-SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND STILL HAD TO WAIT WHEN I GOT THEREn-NO AIR CONDITIONINGn-UNPROFESSIONAL-BAD TALKING OTHER COWORKERS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERSn-NOT A FULL HOURn-NOT A 'FULL SALON EXPERIENCE' IN THE SLIGHTESTn-MORE SPENDY THAN OTHER PLACES FOR NO REASON-THEY DID NOTHING DIFFERENT EXCEPT NOT DO A GOOD JOBn-DID A BAD JOB ON PEDICURE-PAINT WAS ON SIDES OF TOESn-NO DRYING MACHINE-BRING SANDALS
