Great person to rent from. Worked with me on payments and a very nice man.

If you rent here make sure you start your lease at the beginning of the month. I rented a unit around the 25th of the month and the owner charged me for a full month. I asked if the balance would be applied towards the next month and he stated, ‘I will refund it when you leave’.nnWhen I terminated my contract a year later I asked him about the balance due to me and he stated, ‘I don’t pro rate. You have until the end of day to get your stuff out’.nnNice owner as long as I was renting. Once I was not renting he became almost hostel. You live you learn I guess.
