They did what they were not supposed to do and when i called that out they blocked my number to call them or have any communication with them.nWe test drove one vehicle and the vehicle they put on the paper work was a different one and when we Pointed them out .. the manager callwd and left a voice mail saying we can't help you and i should look for a vehicle some where else... i should have given minus 5 stars if possible.nNOT TO MENTION THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION even when i told them I dont want it Ran !!!!

Overall a Good Experience. They recovered after a sales rep didn't do what he was supposed to do. Bobbi Jo was patient and informative. I didn't even know she had 2 other customers at the same time as me selling them vehicles because she was very attentive to me and my needs. I love my SRX and I'll be back to purchase my ESV soon. Xoxo!
