If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor costumer service. I was told in the store to purchase the item I was debating on buying, to bring the item home, try it on again and if I decided it didn't work out that I could return it within 15 days as long as I hadn't worn it and the tags were still on. After bringing it home, I decided that the dress did not fit right and brought it back unworn with the tags on and she refused to give me money back and pointed out the small framed sign with little type that it can only be exchanged for in store credit (must read the fine print). I feel completely misled and out sixty bucks as I won't be returning. And I usually really like to support small business but she made sure to let me know it's a nationwide corporation. Don't be fooled, you aren't supporting small business and they don't care about the satisfaction of their costumers.

Sarah worked with me just this past Saturday, finding something to wear for an upcoming wedding. She was fabulous, helping me find just the right thing to wear that would make me look good and feel comfortable at the same time. I walked in on a whim and walked out with 3 outfits! Great store and marvelous employee! I will be back!
