The location of the facility is a little off the beaten path and there is very few sizes to choose from. The owners are rather nice and they offer few modern ways to make a payment. My storage unit flooded Everytime it rained and the mice got in my unit. Since it's surrounded by the woods there was really no reason to complain. It was to be expected. I simply moved my things since I purchased my new home anyway. I'm sure there was something that could have been done to rectify the situation but I saw no reason to bother trying since I was not longer in need of the unit
