Last night I ordered my usual & went to work. I got into my sandwich a while later, & imagine my surprise when I opened it there was no meat! ud83dude31ud83dude2d I have been eating there almost a year & have NEVER had a complaint, I'm sure it was an honest mistake ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f Needless to say, I ended up eating some of it cause I was absolutely STARVING ud83dude29 Anyways, I call this afternoon & explain the situation. They gladly are going to give me a credit. ud83dudc95nA little kindness goes a long ways! My boyfriend and I consistently order from this location and are always given stellar service. They always help eliminate cross-contamination with my severe tomato allergy, as well. Today, we had a delivery from a Mr. Jermaine (I think it was), very kind gentleman to us with his contactless delivery. Thanks for being polite and a kind customer service worker Jermaine, much appreciated!

Love Jimmy John's on Truman Blvd. The staff is always polite and helpful. I also like that they honor military and veterans by giving us a free drink. This place is awesome and always super clean. The also give away FREE SMELLS. You can't beat that!!!

My husband went to pick up my sandwich and they were out of my favorite 9 grain sub. They put it on the 9 grain bread (disappointing). They were also out of oil and vinegar. They left off the onions and extra pickles i had ordered. There were no pickles. It was a very pathetic sandwich.
