Gave it one star because I looked at a particular camper and was going to sign right then and there that day with 0 issues/demands/hassles...papers filled in their office.... called in advance.. all within an hour. Then was told he (salesman) was holding it for a friend of a friend who was interested but never saw it. Turned out it was sold a day or two later .why show it to me? Why have it on the lot? And they tried selling me an older camper months later with nothing I desired or wanted in a fifth wheel. Was a prime example of bad business with a lack of effort and I'd rather pay 70k to a RV dealer across the nation. Go to the East side of Bismarck if you want the dedication, to see them passionate to earn a sale, professionalism, and trustworthy
We had an issue with our furnace and Corral Sales was recommended to us. Glad they were. Dropped our camper on Thursday evening and by 10am the next morning we were back on the road. Furnace was fixed. Thanks Corey and your crew. Oh and not to be forgotten they have a great store.
Super nice and helpful. While on our trip, one of the vent covers on top of our RV blew off without us knowing. We called Corral Sales - they had what we needed and told us to come right on in. Within 15 minutes, they had replaced the cover, cost was very reasonable and wouldn’t even accept a tip from us. Thankful for great customer service like this!!
The service department was wonderful. We were traveling from Indiana to Montana when the air conditioner stopped working, they got us right in fixed the issue and provided valuable information. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.
