I had an emergency breakdown and these guys took the time to have me in to see if they had the parts to fix my RV and then fixed it. I am so impressed. They did a great job at a reasonable rate. I admire that.

Bought a new 5th wheel rv from riverwood rv they would never honer the warranty never would help us on warranty work. The owner said he would call me back and I have been waiting for 5 years and never heard from him yet. The service manager said he hates camping and told me to find somewhere else to do the warranty work. I would never buy an rv from riverwood again.
Paul and Justin are one of the easiest people to work with. I told them what I was looking for and they did exactly what we asked. So easy I bought mine all via phone and text message .nThe walk around wasn't the best they don't don't explain things very well. Service guy seemed like it was a bother to show us how this thing worked.nOver all buying and haveing hitch installed was amazing. Diffenty will buy again if they are around in 15 years.nThanks Paul , Justin and the guy that installed hitch
