A great workout space with a large area for aerobic machines and a variety of weight machines and barbells/dumbbells. Aldo a spacious locker room, shower space and a combo sauna/steamroom.
Excellent facility. Nice size, great selection of free weights and machines. Mens locker room modern and noticeably clean. Been a YMCA member over 20 years and this is one of the best.
I don’t know how old these comments are. But the gym is great. The weights are great. The atmosphere is great. I’ve never met a rude front desk person so it must’ve just been a one time thing. People go to the gym to lift weights. Don’t focus so much on all the accommodations.
It is a great place to work out. They have a good selection of freeweights and machines.
