This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Once they have you credit/debit card good they will bill you for life. I canceled my membership in June and turned in the key. Not only did they keep billing me after I talked to several employees, but they filed fake claims to my bank to keep billing. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

The WORST!!! Have been trying to call them since March when covid happened NO response until August! Signed a contract right before covid happened and they refuse to let us break the contract...even though any time fitness franchise said it was per owners decision to allow customers to break contract due to covid!! We have major health problems and due to working from home no longer close to this location! Paying a full year on a contract we can not use!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM A DIME AFTER THIS CONTRACT ENDS!nTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEnnYour response is a BOLD lie!! We did email several times and left several messages! Your new management guy who took over about a month or so ago even said you all had phone problems and it was jacked up! I have talked to many times with people at your location and nothing has ever come of it! Like I said we will pay this contract out and never ever deal with you again or recommend you to anyone!

I spend 5-7 days a week...1-2 hours each day in this place. It's always clean, the staff is nice and super helpful. The equipment is in great shape and they have just about anything you need. Only down side is it's small and easily feels crowded. Plus costs 40$ a month... you'd expect for room for the price...but if none of that matters it's a great place to focus on your workout and your goals.
