If I could give zero stars I would. The manager is so incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I had ordered 7 items and only 2 showed up!! I had contacted them and they are refusing a refund, store credit, shipment of items. I am completely lost for words for this company. The absolute worst service I had ever received. Followed by the manager yelling at me through the phone. For someone who has worked in customer service and retail their whole life, this is totally not okay. I am also not the only one who didn’t receive all of their items or have had problems with them.
Items aren't like pictures and they don't have any description on fabric used . Bought 2 shirts . I got a xl in both just case they ran small . The pink floyd shirt is ridiculously short . Looks like it could be a cropped tee but it doesn't say it's cropped on site nor does the girl wearing the shirt look as of it was cropped. The 2nd tee looked like it was cotton . Its shipped weird . Top looks like shoulder pads and it narrows out . I wouldn't buy from here again just because there lack of info on the items.
Can’t even look around and enjoy shopping because it smells so strongly when you walk in . Too much essential oils or whatever is being used. You have keep in mind that it’s not just young generation that comes into your store it’s also the elderly and you have to be mindful that some could have respiratory issues and cannot handle that strong smell. They also don’t know the prices on half the items you potentially would like to buy.
Placed an order all the way from Texas and I absolutely love the pants I received. And they very nicely included beautiful earings. I will definitely be a returning shopper!
I’m not one to not support local boutiques because I love their clothing. I decided to buy clothes from one in rolla because their clothing is adorable. I got my package I was so excited! I tried on my clothes they fit like a large and they were a small. I then proceeded to open the package more to find a gray bralette with a rip on the bra line and the strap and it was supposed to be white. (Which can be an easy fix) but that’s not the point.nI messaged them.... I told them I would like a refund for my items because the bra was the wrong color and ripped and the clothes were huge.nThe person working told me to ship them back and pay the shipping charge, and that I would have credit with them.nI absolutely do not want credit at this boutique they messed up my order and didn’t even give me a receipt or an order number or an emailed receipt. I only received a text saying my order had shipped that was it. So that is why they’re giving me store credit(their website says “returns on full priced items up until 14 days after purchase”)nTherefore I should be getting a full refund.nIt was a nice offer yes but everything I have ordered from there has been huge. In the winter it’s fine because you can wear things with leggings and it be okay.... but feeling like I’m wearing a night gown is ridiculous.....
