I was craving a tapatio hot dog on Saturday at 11:30pm and my boyfriend drove me there just to find out a rude cashier refusing to make me the hot dogs because she stated that they don't have them until 7 Am I was willing to wait for them but she said no I told her I didn't see any signs saying that they don't served food at night but I'm not sure if that's true or just a rule that she made up just to no do her job. I will never go to the gas station again I been on the one on Tenaya and Elkhorn and the lady there she made them for me that's the kind of business that want to keep their costumes happy and deserve to be there.

Worst customer service I've ever seen at a gas station store (and I've been to some horrible ones). I paid for my gas and a chocolate, just before getting my change I noticed product had expired since last year, I asked the clerk to cancel the transaction and do whatever was easier for him: reimburse me my money, give me gas credit for the amount of the chocolate or ANY solution... only thing he could tell me was: "just grab it, that will be the easiest thing to do", why would I have to get an expired product just because a clearly unhappy and bitter high school kid wants me to!? They should just fire this kind of people or at least send them to a freaking customer service class!!! Horrible service!!!

Since when does amp charge 2 dollars for an xxl fountain drink? They are price gouging!

Rude customer service

I have never received such rude customer service. My 13 year old son was using the bathroom after being on a road trip with an upset stomach. He was in there less than 10 minutes when an employee banged on the door demanding him to hurry up and get out. The manager kept defended it saying that she didnt mean any harm by it. Harm or not... that's straight rude!
