Our Salesman Douglass Keeler made the experience possible. He was very upfront and honest throughout the process, and has earned our business in the future. Machens has a great selection of both new and used vehicles, with competitive pricing. The facility was clean, and well organized, with a very nice customer lounge. Interaction with other staff members was also great, as my family was met with greetings, and positive attitudes. I would highly recommend going to see Douglass for your next vehicle purchase!
I recently bought a car from Joe Machens and I have to say it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've had yet! Every member of the team bent over backwards to help us through the process which took around two hours total from shopping to close. Worked with Brent Simmons (again) on a recent pre-owned purchase. This is the third vehicle purchased through Brent. Super easy to get along with. No pressure, and if you decide not to buy you'll have had a good conversation anyway. He's my first stop when I'm looking to buy a vehicle and is usually my last stop.
