Have a very good selection of new/used vehicles. BUT THEY NEVER LEAVE THE VEHICLES UNLOCKED WHICH OS HANDY FOR SITTING IN AND GETTING THE INSIDE VIEW TO OUTSIDE! AT LEAST IN ALMOST ALL OF THE FORD DEALERSHIPS IN MID-MISSOURI THEY LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES UNLOCKED.
Mark was very helpful without being too pushy. I really enjoyed working with him.
I came in to have an issue looked at that I was having with my steering and ask that they would look at a couple of things just to ease my mind. I was told that the issue couldn’t be reproduced which I knew it only happened some times which is why I ask to have them check specific things. Kayle as always did great in trying to explain what happened but since he wasn’t the one that checked it in apparently it was never noted that I wanted them to check something specifically. He also was not able to tell me if they looked at it at all because it wasn’t noted that they did.nnIt is not real convenient to have to come to Jeff City to bring in my truck especially when on my way home it does the same thing that I took it in for.nnUPDATE:nnDue to continuing issues with my truck that I brought in and the lack of response from the sales team I have decided to take my business elsewhere.nnAt one point in time this was a great dealership with only helpful employees, I am not sure what has happened but it isn’t the same place it used to be.
From the front desk person to the salesperson to the finance person—everyone was so nice and so helpful! The whole process of buying a new vehicle is usually pretty painful in my opinion—not this time!! Riley was well represented!
I really appreciate the fact that Riley doesn't over charge nor do they inflate what was wrong with my vehicle.nThe service personal are all polite, as well as smile while working about their shop.nThe gals on the phone are curteous & helpful. I do recommend Riley for your automotive needs.
