While the service department at Riley did everything possible to obtain a new rear axle, which broke while on the road, I am thoroughly disgusted with GMs ability to provide parts and repair my vehicle in a timely manner. I have waited 13 weeks for the replacement of a defective rear axle. The vehicle was a new CT6 I purchased in Jan. of 2020. The car had 5000 miles on it. Evidently purchasing low quality parts from the lowest price suppliers is something GM may want to reconsider especially on their high end vehicles. It's ridiculous.

Everything went very well with the maintenance items that I had completed at Riley Cadillac I recommend them.
