Orion was great at helping us in getting the most for our trade. Then assisting us in our purchase with the best fit for our budget and family. He has a great sense of humor and was very friendly. He made sure everything was easy and seamless. Probably the only closing I’ve ever had that went so smoothly. He made sure we were happy and went above and beyond for us.

Capitol Chrysler has the best customer service that I have seen in a car dealership. It is a very low pressured sales experience and all of the sales people are very knowledgeable. I bought my vehicle from Capitol Chrysler in May and it was a quick and easy process. Management was very professional as well.

Went in this evening to look at a couple trucks and was not disappointed at all. Tim Simon met us in the parking lot to see if we had any questions let us browse without pressure and we test drove the truck we were most interested in. Decided that we really liked it and sat down to try and get approved they worked with us extremely well and were very polite to both my wife and I. My favorite part is there were not a bunch of hidden fees and extra financial add on a the price we saw online is where the price started and it was a really great experience we would like to thank Tim Simon and Steve Tolbert for all they did for us!!!!

We found a car for my son on their web site and traveled 2 hours to get to the dealership. Everything was as it should be, we test drove it, did the paperwork and was back on the road in a very short time.
