Chase Bank

I have been a customer with Chase for a very long time. I was satisfied with this branch service as they were so helpful. The young gentleman by the name of Giovanni with glasses was very nice and generous when he was assisting me. Great customer service and always looks happy to help. Most banks need more people like Giovanni who is very attentive and happy.

I called to set up an appointment to this branch and the lady who answered it says she will inform her banker after the call And they will give us a call asap. This branch didnt call us at all. We’ve been here before and they are very slow and you need to make an appoint if walk in like a day or so just to be accommodated. This is the laziest chase bank Ive ever been

Nice branch, easy access and ample parking. Sadly, since they are close to highways, the tellers are behind those nasty plexiglass walls and are hard to speak with, but the rest of the branch was open and welcoming.

Zach is the Banker I needed. Smart Prompt Efficient..

The personal bankers are rude. I’ve had multiple issues with trying to see a banker about my various business accounts. The tellers are nice and helpful but the actual bankers are not. I won’t waste my time with this branch any longer.
