I ordered 4 items on my first and last order, two did not fit, I was told I could not return one because, it was a custom order, and that was policy! Funny, I ordered it, it was shipped immediately, custom? The size chart is not clear, the person I spoke to was rude, the clothing is “custom made in China”, anything can not fit when ordering on line, however, I expect to be treated with courtesy, and an exchange of the items with another size would have satisfactory! They could not do even that!!!! STEER CLEAR! They obviously do not care about their customers!nnIn response, the instructions, were not clear to me! I am now out 64.99 for this shirt, that looks like a tag has been cut out! I am also out the other sweater made in China, not going to bother sending it back, it’s cheap, trash for all! As I told you, I will continue to warn people, that they need to beware, so many other companies to work with that respect their customers! I am not the only person who had an issue, with the less than clear instructions! You need to be CLEAR about the sizes, you are not, and what if I measured wrong, it’s still my fault, no way to run a business, and I will continue to tell everyone my experience! It’s not right!

Have only ordered online, but I absolutely LOVE this boutique. So many beautiful items...regular and extended sizes offered. It's great that they show & recommend coordinating pieces & accessories. Their size and fit descriptions are excellent and super helpful. Outstanding quality merchandise, unique pieces, super speedy shipping!

I love their online stuff! Ordered quite a few things from them and everything is really good quality and holds up well! Customer ser is amazing and shipping usually doesnt take as long as aspected! One of my favorite online boutiques that I check daily for new releases!
