We recently used Pizza Hut in Plattsburg because moving here from the city we were excited to use our “local” Pizza Hut. It was cold they screwed up our order, it tasted nasty. Their customer service was terrible. Never offered to make it right. Seems to me they would be Anxious to keep their customers happy. If you are reading this, pizza lovers be ware, it’s best to read reviews before you buy. They have earned more negatives than positives, FOR A REASON.
Staff is quite friendly. Pizza is always ready on time and made correctly every time.
credit card fraud... make sure you get a copy or your receipt.. you will HAVE TO ASK FOR YOU RECEIPT
This is the 3rd time I've been in this business for lunch and each time was a joke. First, how you gonna have a lunch buffet but no pizzas ready? Takes them forever to make new ones which brings me to number 2. When they do bring a pizza out it's under cooked or not cut. I know they get in a hurry but they should at least make sure the food is properly prepared. Third issue. Full dinning room and one slow moving waitress. They really need to think about more help or proper restaurant/ waiting skills. A customer should not have to follow around the waitress to get a refill. Management may need to evaluate the lunch buffet a little better.
No contact delivery worked out really well! i was determined to have a big dipper pizza and when I heard about touchless delivery for social distancing proposes I was skeptical but the driver was super nice and I appreciated the care he took to place my food on the chair outside and not the ground. I would absolutely use Plattsburg Pizza Hut again for no contact delivery I felt very safe with the way I was given my food!! Thanks Pizza Hut!!!
