We recently purchased a used car from Dennis Sneed Ford. We live approximately 4 hours away and worked with McKenzie on our deal. We agreed to terms over the phone, McKenzie sent us the paperwork via email to print, fill out and scan back. The process was simple, stress free and painless. We made it clear that we needed to be on the lot for the shortest amount of time possible, after a quick test drive, we quickly moved on to the finance department. David was who we worked with and he was fantastic. He was not pushy or overbearing, extremely friendly and personable. The entire experience was as advertised from the get go with McKenzie and we would absolutely buy again from dealership Dennis Sneed Ford.

Great experience here today. Drove up to see a car that was online but that car was already sold. Baron pulled out his phone and directed us to the same model - different year. 90 minutes after first pulling on the lot we were headed back to Lee's Summit with the deal done.nAppreciated the hassle-free approach and positive energy in the showroom.nWell worth the drive up!

I bought my first dealership car from Sneed and was super nervous going in. Barbara Boyce welcomed me with a smile and put me at ease through the entire process. She was super personable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and if she didn’t know them it didn’t take long for her to find out! She was super spot on and knows her cars! Loved working with her and finding the right car for me! She introduced me to the Ford Eco Sport and I fell in love with it. It matched all my needs and wants that I had expressed to her and I ended up driving away with it that day! Barbara took very good care of me and when it was time to hand me off to head of finance Austin Keithly, he also took good care of me. He was very nice and very helpful! Again, I was very nervous going in but once I met these amazing people the nerves went away and it was smooth sailing from there! Amazing experience and would definitely recommend Sneed Ford to everyone! Also would definitely recommend Barbara she’s amazing and knows her stuff!

My experience with this dealer was good. No problem getting the car I wanted. The dealer was very nice, courteous and helped through the whole process and tried to make it as speedy as possible. Only thing that would of been better for my experience would have been to get a thorough look at the car in person before buying it. Also I wish that they would have cleaned it up, gassed it and made sure to reset the oil light when they serviced it. Over all my experience was pretty good, I got the car I wanted with no hassle and drove it off the lot the same day.

Helped buy a car for a friend December 2019. The car was fine but they kept us in their showroom for 4 hours. It's a sales tactic, so I'd recommend saying if the deal isn't done in a set amount of time, you're out of there. Also, once the sale was final, the customer service dropped off a lot when we had follow up issues with the car.
