THIS PLACE IS BEYOND A WASTE OF MONEY. Just picture your 12 and 13 year old kid making dinner and charging you five star restaurant prices... PIZZA HUT!! SHOULD NOT EVEN BE A DEBATE.. IF THERE IS A CASEYS IN YOUR AREA YOU ORDER PIZZA FROM THEM!
Good pizza in great wings. Would be better if the wings were a little more affordable . Went through drive-through and employees were courteous and fast.
They don't know what they're doing
Terrible service. Spoke to someone who barely spoke English and got our order completely wrong. She kept cutting me off and didn't let me finish a sentence. I was told when I checked my order that she wasn't supposed to answer the phone. Not our first bad experience here. Not impressed at all. Usually call and get someone from India.
Twice I have ordered carry out- pull up to the cones, and get no service. So I pull around to the drive thru where my food is waiting.... I don’t understand why there are designated cones when nobody actually greets you. I was told they are for curbside orders. Mmmk what is my order considered if we aren’t allowed in the lobby? I called it in. Customer service is DEAD in this town.
