Clean but poor design. Lower units take in water and snow
Huge enclosed storage! Best price in town, right next to the lake. Checked all the local storage facilities and we decided to go with Waits. Glad we did. They are great to deal with. Gated & security cameras. ud83dudc4d Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe storage locker in Smithville.

Safe place to store your stuff
I've had my boat stored in a covered unit for about 5 years now with Wait's. They're always very accommodating and easy to work with. The only downside with this storage facility is there is no electricity to the units. It would be really nice to be able to keep a trickle charger on boat batteries while they're stored. Otherwise, all is well!
