This is our absolute favorite place to buy a vehicle. They don't hound you while you are looking around and they give very competitive prices. Bill and I looked at every F150 on the lot and then went in the building to ask about prices. No pressure, no trying to change my mind on what I wanted and easy checkout. Because I wanted the exact pickup that they had on the lot but in a different color, they called around until they found me one. This will be my second vehicle purchase from them and definitely won't be our last.

If you’re in the market for a new or used Ford go see Pat Ledford. He provided outstanding, zero sales pressure service over the couple of weeks I looked at both new and used vehicles.nnPat was able to help dial me on on the F150 Power Stroke to meet my towing needs and desire for a Diesel engine.

Always super nice. Went for oil change. They found a recall issue that hadn’t been fixed so they did it BUT they didn’t tell me they were doing it so my quick easy 45 minute visit turned into an hour and 45. This is always an issue with me. If something is taking longer than it should, communicate with the customer. Also they super overinflated my tires by about 5# each. Not sure why. Since I don’t know how to do it,had to take it to a tire shop. I did call and try to talk to them fully expecting an ‘oh bring it back and we’ll take care of it’ response but that didn’t happen.
