I was blessed to have Jamal Cole as my sales person. I would like for everyone to know that Jamal goes above and beyond his position in sales. His courtesy, understanding, and honesty was outstanding. We are still working on some details with the vehicle I purchased and he has remarkable customer service. Everyone that I have dealt with at this dealership has been wonderful. I have bragged about my experience to many people. Looking forward to trading my Traverse in for a new one in the future. Andy Washer and his team are fantastic- laid back, low pressure, explains the process and go the extra mile (pun intended) to take care of the customer: I appreciate all of those. They even caught a flaw before we took our new vehicle and because it was an overnight fix, drove it down to deliver so we wouldn't have to come back in! Even removed the rusted license plate screws from our trade-in and returned the plates in record time. Great and personable service I didn't know existed at a dealership and will probably return here for our next deal. PS: Don't forget to ask Andy about the socks : )

Our experience at Victory Chevy was a good one. The salesman was very friendly and we were very happy with the deal he was able to get us! My daughter had about given up thinking she was going to be able find what she wanted in her price range but Chevy made that happen! She is very happy and loves her car!

We were looking for a new vehicle and had heard great things about the victory dealerships. We worked with Cody and he did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable, showing us all the key features of the vehicle, and was very patient and explained every step to us. The next day when we came to pick up the vehicle he had it cleaned, detailed, & ready to hand us the keys! If you want a friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth salesman, I HIGHLY recommend Cody! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Usually you are worried about being taken advantage of when buying a car. This dealer has a wonderful staff from the top down that are willing to go out of their way to make you feel confident in your buying experience. Andy Washer is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Victory Chevrolet!!
