Chase Bank

Outside atm was removed 3 weeks ago and still isn't up... inside atm has been down for 3 weeks as well. Unacceptable.

Pretty disappointed with this Chase branch. Waited 15 minutes in line just to find out that there was “not enough banker coverage” to be added to my wife’s checking account. Was told we would have to set up an appointment. Very sad because I know for a fact that other banks don’t turn people’s money away. Maybe I should try US bank?

I went to make a deposit on my CD within my 10 day grace period and was informed they could not take my deposit and that I would need to schedule an appointment . I have never been required to make an appointment. Will never drive to this branch again .

Terrible customer service, no a single bank representative said good morning or helpful things like that I need..!... Sitting in bank lobby for over 20 minutes...
