This branch has the best staff. They are always kind and helpful. Branch is always clean and wait times are never long. Any issue I have had over the years they have been more than happy to assist me with or explain. Great customer service and management.

This is a great bank. Someone is always greeting you when you arrive and directing you to the appropriate person. The only way to improve their service would be to serve wine while you’re in line.

How the heck am I supposed to pay my rent if you guys are closed forever?

I had so many problems with my Wells Fargo account years ago, I closed the account. However, after my employer offered an incentive to open a WF account, I reluctantly switched over. I am SO HAPPY that I did. The staff at the Horizon Ridge location, in particular, has been so helpful. I not only feel respected, but cared for, by all the personal bankers there. This experience has been completely improved since my previous one. I am a very satisfied Wells Fargo customer.

Angelina has to be one of the rudest tellers ever. I’ll wait next time to go to someone else so I don’t have to be helped by her! She makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her to do her job. She could use some help in the people skills category.
