Heather and the crew are really committed to making sure that you get the most out of your workout. They are very sensitive to the needs of everyone that comes to the door.
I really like the encouragement of the trainers throughout the workouts. I typically would want to stop because I am so tired or it hurts, but their encouragement makes you trudge through.nI also like how after the 30 minute workout, you feel good and like you have done something. It is better that sitting on the couch.

I love going to 9Round! It’s the only gym/workout routine that I have stuck with. With no class times and an awesome workout in 30 minutes- it doesn’t get better than that! Trainers are there to make sure you get the most out of your workout also. They are very friendly and made sure to introduce themselves the first time they’d see me. Try it out!
