I have spent three days trying to get a prescription corrected. The on phone wait times are unacceptable. I called one night and the recording repeatedly told me “someone will be with you shortly” only to find out after two calls to front store clerks there was not even a pharmacist in the store. I waited 30 min. The next day similar problems that I won’t go into but let’s just say the customer service and phone wait times are a nightmare.

Dropped of prescription, came back 1.5 hours after my sons surgery and it still wasn’t ready. Came back and over 10 cars in line. Waited for 36 minutes. Why can they not have the two lanes working? Disappointed.

My experience was distressingly bad. I just left the store, shaking. Bailey is the name of the person that treated me rudely and disrespectfully. The other girl that is working with her tonight was very kind and helpful. Bailey lied that I can’t pay at the register, and I have to use the self-checkout. I told her that it would get reported. I wanted to report it to a manager, but she said that she is the manager.

I have never been treated so rudely as I have been when calling a pharmacy! I'm a disabled health care provider and if I were to treat a patient like this I wouldn't have a job! I'm a very kind and understanding person who has had bad days before also but you leave that at home. Lyndsey is the worst and the only reason I know her name is because I ask for it! They should automatically give their name that's just common sense. I would think since your calling them they would know you're not well and would want to make you feel better not to be talked down to like you don't matter. There are two pharmacist I enjoy speaking with and that's Tiffany and Brad they truly act like they care and they listen. I'm almost to the point of going somewhere else. It's pretty sad at a time when everyone is going through so much some more than others that this pharmacy hires people so lacking in empathy they can't show a little bit of kindness!
