Don't want to sound like a disgruntled ex-employee but I made a mistake and dropped a pipe. Serious mistake I understand, but the manager, who was on a forklift jumped off and began yelling that this is totally unacceptable and how we need to be extra careful that this doesn't happen ever. Okay he was right I was thinking when he gets back on his forklift and drops a pipe he was forking! I am sure the look on my face is what made him call Me into the office later on that day and fire Me! Really not a surprise since the turn over ratio for employees is between 2 and 3 months working at this branch specifically. I worked through taking chemo for leukemia and never said one word to them about my disability. Loved learning how to fabricate, hated how I was treated as a dedicated employee and totally discarded like trash!
Worst place in the world to work. No one ever gets hired on permanently. They only want temps and will fire you after 60-89 days.
