A 1-Star rating isn’t even fair to MXD Group. The company from the top to the bottom has been the worst shipping company that I have ever encountered.
Showed up a few minutes late and the staff was very helpful and got my pickup taken care of. Much appreciated.

I had a mattress delivered & one picked up to be checked in so I could get a refund of $2,000. I didn't receive my refund and when I called MXD they said there was no record of them picking up a mattress. I have called MANY times & I just keep getting the runaround. I am contacting the better business bureau today. If anything changes I will post an update but as of now BEWARE OF MXD!!
First and last time dealing with this company. Ordered a bed from PB Teen. Made by delivery for 330pm. Get a call just this morning at 930 am that you will be arriving within two hours. It is 130pm now. What the heck???? Call the number and get nothing but to leave a message. I guess or hope my furniture is coming today. What a waste of my time!!
