Very kind and helpful staff this far. My things have always been safe here and the facility has been very well kept both non-climate and climate controlled equally well. Could use a trash receptacle of some sort for convenience however not having one in no way affects the cleanliness of the facility one bit. Awesome place worth doing business here.

Extremely nice but also extremely high prices
My wife and I have stored our personal belongings at this storage facility and never had a problem. With all of the rain that Kansas City had in May and June; not a drop got into our storage unit. ☺☺☺
I haven't had an issues with security, which is always a plus! The staff has always been friendly and helpful.nnMy only complain: They added another section of units and a bunch of dust ended up in our unit. I can understand a small amount since it's not 100% sealed, but this was construction dust and it covered all of our belongings. Luckily, we moved to another unit and we were able to clean everything off.
