The facility is super clean and secure. Office staff is great. Kim helped us find the right unit for our needs and was easy to work with.

I'm so glad we chose AA Storage! I have used storage facilities in the past and was never impressed, but this time it was a great experience. The staff member Mark is the nicest guy. I'm not kidding. He is always friendly and super helpful. Also, the locks they use are easy to use and are practically theft proof. I will not use another storage facility in the Northland.
Make me pay two months at a time then when I miss a payment by a week or two they put lien on your storage and charge try to charge you every fee they can lady named linda was realy rude i was late one time and made it out like i was late all the time.
Very secure, but don't ever be even a single day late paying.nnI was unemployed for a while and coordinated with them the whole time, letting them know I was going to pay 7 days late. I followed through exactly as promised, but they would not take a months rent plus late fee. They accelerated the following months rent and would not take a partial payment. They also placed a lien on the contents. So a couple of weeks later I paid them in full with late fees and the lien release fee and have my notice.nnThey are correct, it was all there in the lease I signed. However, I don't appreciate being treated like a habitual criminal for a first offense, especially with as much communication as I provided.nnI rented a moving truck and had some friends and family help me move everything out of this storage facility. They will never get another dime out of me.
