We have 'banked' with this credit union for many, many years. The Lake Mead, Henderson, NV location is what I am most familiar with and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There usually isn't a line and if there is, rarely have I had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be helped.
Branch manager, Kristin L. is the best. She has always been helpful with any concerns or questions and will go out of her way to provide good service.
I am frustrated with this institution. Their system goes down a lot and getting into my account on line is not always easy, I have to answer questions are not always related to me. Today I tried to deposit cash into my sons account and because my driver license is expired I could not do it. I have the letter from DMV stating this letter is an extension. This covid pandemic is playing havic with so much, At this time I do not feel this Credit Union 1 deserves even 1 star.

We have had great loan rates here as well. Getting the loan we needed was a quick and easy process.
By far one of the friendliest credit unions I have been to every time I go in I am greeted with warm smiling faces and a “welcome in “from the staff they have are always there to help me with any issues or concerns I May have in a timely manner while also helping me to better understand what is happening and how to avoid the issue in the future I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family looking to make a switch lol
I am a snowbird from Michigan & needed to withdraw a significant amount from my checking account. The young lady at the counter was efficient & friendly. My transaction was completed in minutes. No fuss, no muss.
