Update 12/1/20... I'm now finished with Jimmy John's. My order was delivered quickly, and they called me to let me know my order was delivered, but the customization on my sandwich was entirely wrong. I have wasted entirely too much money on food and tips to keep getting such service. No more. This customer has now been lost!nnUpdate... Ordered once again. This time, the food was left in our atrium, with no phone call to let me know it was there. Looks like it was delivered approximately 25 minutes before someone found it and called me to tell me it was in the atrium. A coworker said he had seen it sitting there for quite some time but assumed someone had been called for it. Jimmy John's, you are about to lose a customer!nnFood was as good as usual, but 40+ minutes to deliver, when I ordered early, is ridiculous.

Freakishly fast delivery is a joke. Twice now it has taken 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Canceled my last order with them. Very disappointed ud83dude1e

First couple times here were fine. But seriously the last three times I've been I haven't gotten a single item correctly made.

Worst sandwich I've ever had from any Jimmy John's. I always have the same. Almost no guacamole on a veggie. It's the best part of the sandwich. I've given 5 stars many times. Not today. I eat JJ's atleast twice a month. Maybe just a bad day. I will try again but cautiously.
