I love this branch and all the employees that work there. I have been coming to this location for 5 years now. I love the fact that they all know me by name and how I like my services done.
Every time I attempt to make an appointment with a banker on a Saturday, they’re booked. Poor staffing decisions.
The Asian woman flat out denied me opening an account!
I told her that I wouldn't really be using the account and I wasn't interested in other Chase services & she told me that she wouldn't feel comfortable opening the account for me & that u should go to another Chase!
This has to be a commission issue. She figures that since she's not going to make money off of me that I'm not worth hey time. I could not be more frustrated right now.
