It's the best place to train. Great people great environment. You'll learn more than just Martial arts. Learn self defense for real life situations. Great place to train for civilians and law enforcement.
My daughter who has no experience came home tonight sooooo excited that her teacher told her that in 3 months she’ll be breaking boards. She’s been there two weeks and loves it and has already improved so much.

I love this place! The owner, Eric, and his team are compassionate people who really care about their students' goals and successes. And he really knows his stuff! I was just floored by Eric's willingness to take the time to answer all of my questions and to help me figure out a training plan. You will love this place and the people! It doesn't matter whether you're a man or woman, you just walk out of there feeling empowered!
Extremely nice people. They will be use you to do your best but understand that beginners will not go as hard or fast as experienced students. They only push you to do the best you can an improve.nnHighly recommended for anyone to at least give it a shot to see if it’s for you.nnThe head teacher is great with the kids to from what I saw.
