Wendy and Jo are smart, experienced trainers who share their extensive experience in workouts that are bound to move you beyond your preconceived limits. The classes are fun and challenging. My body and spirit gave missed pilatrs during covid. Looking forward to return to sweat.
Wendy and Jo are amazing instructors. Pilates is the ONLY thing that eliminates my chronic back pain. Thankful to have found them.
