Nice tellers always in and out .. people forget that credit unions are small banks with small staff and not all the services big banks have ..so waiting a little is expected
I spoke to a teller named Mary and the Stephanie St. location. She was incredibly rude and would not let me make a transfer all though I had made transfers multiple times before and spoke to someone on the phone about the exact situation the day before who told me come in and make the transfer. She completely refused and gave me a horrible attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else and she would not get anyone else for me and told me she would not help me. I do not suggest coming to her. She is INCREDIBLY RUDE! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Also, after I spoke to her, I called the America First 800 number and they made the transfer for me. At least someone could solve my problem, instead of creating one. After all of this I ask her if I can sign a doc u sign paper while I’m here and she tells me no, it has to be emailed. Well I talked to someone else and they printed the paper for me and I signed it right there. She was just being completely rude and unhelpful.
