I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Final product looks good and overall service was fast. Communication wasn't great. Dropped off Thursday and was told pickup Friday or Monday. Great! Emailed to check on Friday and ask about payment with no response. Called Monday morning and was told they should be done by noon, they'll text when complete. 1 oclock rolls around and my office is right by their shop so I swing by just in case. They acted a little annoyed that I showed up before receiving a text. I said no problem and left. The rest of Monday passes, Tuesday passes; No text message. I call Wednesday morning and they said they finished shortly after I left Monday and they had emailed me. It is partly my fault for not checking my junk mail, but again I was awaiting a text, and did not call Tuesday because they reiterated they would text when complete. So overall it was done in a timely manner and their work looks good, just wasn't great communication.

They always have high quality products. Turnaround is quick, especially if I have to change anything last minute. Their pricing is affordable and they bend over backwards to make the customer satisfied. I’ve always had a great experience and will always be their customer. Dawn and Joe are the best and help support the local communities.
