Did not notify me of a replacement rep and did not answer the phone. A 26 year customer will be going elsewhere now. Left me high and dry. What happened to customer service?
Great place for postal workers to use their allowance.
WORST customer service I have ever received! Their computers for down for 3 weeks (apparently) and they said they could not send my order through. After 2 weeks of emailing and phone calls, they finally returned my email, and said they are sorry and are working on it! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will never use again!

Required to wear a mask to go inside but the lady working counter is not wearing a mask. So what is the point.
