I deliver newspapers. My car died and this place was recommended. 5 people who deliver newspapers have gotten cars there this year, and everyone has had problems. One ended up just leaving the car there. My car has had the same repeated engine problem in the 4 months I've had it. About 2 months ago I had it towed in for the second time and they told me they found an issue with something with the wheels. They replaced the front wheels and did an alignment on top of whatever they fixed. After about a month my tires were already worn. 2 months and the metal mesh was showing. They couldn't find anything wrong and charged me for the tires and alignment. They did that at the same time they were fixing the engine issue again. They always take at least 2 days to get anything done. They offer nothing to get you by while you're just purchased car is broke down. They do offer a pretty good warranty, especially for a shady car dealership, but you will use it frequently and immediately. They take full advantage of the lack of consumer protection for used cars. I used them because I was desperate and I regret it.

Car was purchased with repeated issues that were able to be fixed. I was paying monthly on the car for about a year and some month, I requested the balance, which I had a pretty good idea about it since i never missed a payment and they always called me to authorize the payments. I got a photo from an Veronica, and basically my balance did not reflect all the payments I had made. Veronica said she couldn’t help me anymore. I don’t recommend this place, they were helpful at first but once you question anything related to payments they change the way they treat you.

The people were as friendly and family oriented. The spirit was awesome through and through. Richard and all the staff were warm and inviting. The experience was good from start to closing. The ride home was a blessings to me. They got me in a affordable car. Thank you Byrider

This place never lied to me or wasted my time. The lady I went to see was very kind and not judgmental what so ever. We worked out a deal and I got a car that day. I had been turned down so many other times or the dealership wanted to pick the car for me. I got to pick my car at Byrider. They were so helpful on the process of getting the car tagged. It was not a hassle. Then when it was time for my oil change, they got me a convenient appointment and the price was amazing! The staff is extremely honest and friendly. They really want to help you succeed. I would send the whole world here! 100% recommended.

Helpful for those who cannot afford a new car. They will work with you on your down payment. This is our 2nd car from them. Great people to work with. Y, sí, ellos hablan español.
