My experience was wonderful. It was my first time buying a car. So i was nervous an had a bad experience at another car lot the week prior to getting my new car. It was intimidating to do the car buying process alone an being a female.nBut working with David made my experience 100% better. He went over the car fax from the second I got into the car. He took the time to explained everything about the an even went a step further to help explain the best way to help get my credit score better an how to re-finance. I am in my 20's so that information helps. David showed he cares an made me feel comfortable making a big decision. He also didn't pressure me into buying or signing right away he asked me what I thought an how i felt with the decision. Seriously the best experience. All of the other men were very welcoming an helpful. I love the family feel. Thank you David.

Amazing experience at this Dealership! Dane my sales rep was awesome! Got me in a super nice Cadillac Escalade I wanted to get for my wife. Took less than an hour to get in and out and Dane even help load up some furniture I still had in my truck I traded in into his personal truck and brought it to my house. Arrived at the dealership late in the day. Jake went out of his way to show me the vehicles I had called about previously. We didn't have much in common but he didn't let it get in the way of transacting business. Will consider buy another vehicle there in the future and will ask for Jake Clinton. 10 days later.... first of all I would not preclude the possibility of buying another vehicle from Jack Miller. If I needed a vehicle tomorrow I wouldn't hesitate to call Jake. As stated before I drove nearly two hours to the dealership. Jake and Cameron treated me fair enough, even driving me some distance to look at another vehicle which wasn't on location. Herein lies the problem.... while wiping down my recently purchased vehicle it became evident that the rear quarter had been refinished. Obviously my fault for not noticing at the time of purchase. The workmanship is piss poor at best. The base coat is sagging heavily and sanding marks show beneath the clearcoat. I've personally painted farm tractors that looked better. Next time I will look much closer when buying a vehicle here.
10/6/2020 I just purchased a 2015 ford flex today for my wife. The price was right and it was an absolutely amazing buying experience. The sales rep David Hawk was rather awesome we shot it straight to one another and had fun doing so, it was all fast easy no hassle and no pressure i felt. They had me financed in probably 30 minutes and i was out of the door. David even followed me home in it so i could surprise my wife with it when she got home from work. Granted i live 5 minutes away, but again there wasn't any hassle on this buy.
