I had a very unique but normal for some situation. I was determined to purchase a vehicle for both I and my partner. We had been renting vehicles for the past couple of months. I was in contact with Car Smart for a week or so and finally got everything finalized last week. They had the card we wanted and everything on top of being 0 down 2018 Malibu low mileage and great price over all for this to be my first car to be financed I am very pleased. The process was amazing and smooth especially with our situation. An a Kudos to Josh for staying after hours and getting us squared away. This process of getting a car from CarSmart was very easy and promptly. The sales reps were professional, efficient and on the ball with communicating via texting. I got the car I always wanted plus some other perks. Not to mention my first payment was due a month later , no down-payment and tags included. Update on 9.23.20: The 2018 Nissan Sentra I bought from here has been in an accident of some kind, before my purchase date of 9.12.20. It has a bent frame and sub frame. The head of maintenance, owner and shop techs apparently all agreed that its a non issue, which it is. They did replace a bad wheel baring which I appreciated. Updates to follow later if there's refusal to fix frame issues. I went here on 9.12.20. I had been in talks with the dealership for a couple days. I have a unique situation currently and they took care of me w $0 down and they help pay the taxes up front which is always a burden to come up with within the time frame (30 or 60 days). I purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra SV and am very pleased with it. I think the only downfall is their online inventory listing. It currently had 96 cars listed but only approx 20-25 of them were on this actual lot in Gladstone. So I don't know if they have another location or they have more vehicles elsewhere or some on the way but, the listing is kind of misleading. They were by appnt only and I was the only person there at opening so they concentrated on me and I was able to drive a few different vehicles and dwindle it down to the one that would work best for me and their terms and keep me in my payment range. I didn't feel pressured or judged in any way by the guy (had long blk hair, forgot his name at the moment) that took care of me. I had my 6y/o daughter with me and he engaged with her at times to keep her occupied and that was cool. I was approved in less than 10 mins and started with their recommended car to look at 1st and then we went from there. Their process is unique I feel and they help you find the right vehicle via your needs. No issues with anything so far. They pride themselves in obtaining newer, lower mileaged vehicles and sell them at normal cost. I KBBed the 3 or 4 vehicles I had interest in and they weren't over selling them, the price points were right on target. I plan on sending my wife here beginning of the week so look at a vehicle as well, they stated they would give her the same $0 down and $0 taxes up front deal. Will highly recommend as long as frame issues are squared away with no cost to me.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. We did have some trouble with getting to the dealership because we had to be picked up, didn't have a working car, but most any trouble was due mainly to the virus protocols. Have purchased there before without any hassles. I would definitely buy from them again in the future if needed.
