I really enjoyed my experience at Van. Gordan and Brittany were very informative and helpful.They took such great care of all my questions and concerns. I was so informed by the time I actually started the buying process I was completely confident in choice. Brandon assisted me. He was respectful, attentive and supportive of all my needs. He even respected my time constraints. I'm so happy to feel confident and proud of my purchase. I'm so thankful for their education, information, and their support.

I scheduled an appointment for ten AM, I dropped my car off at 9:45 and was told it would be done in a little over an hour, then at eleven forty five I still hadn’t heard Anything so I called, and they hadn’t even started on my car yet. Nearly 2 hours since my scheduled appointment time and they hadn’t even started the work. It was just a simple oil change and tire rotation and should not have taken 4+ hours to complete.

Pretty painless process. We knew what we wanted and Anthony was great to work with. They did make us wait a tad long to meet with the financing guy. He did a great job at explaining the benefits of what he was selling and (trying) to overcome our objections. These guys (didn't see any women when we were there) are pros and know what they're doing. Got my title info. in the mail a few days before tags were due.

While I didn't care for the difficulty in coming to an agreement on a fair deal for both parties, I did appreciate the gamesmanship, and in the end, I was satisfied that we achieved that objective. I felt very welcomed by all the staff. I had a great salesman! The manager was also great and they were able to get me in the truck I wanted! Well done!!!

The experience was great, I have no problem in that perspective. but I needed the salesperson to check up on a switch that was missing on my driver side seat, that make my seat go forward and backwards to my back. He told me his boss say it does not cover that switch, so I told him why not I have bumper to bumper then he said I would get back with you and he never did.
