We arrived at 9am, the saleswoman was very friendly as well as the manager and really good people to deal with. We agree on the price after not many minutes of negotiating. The question was that I had to be seated until 2:30 pm to sign the financing documents, it turns out that at the time of signing the financial guy added an insurance for the car for an extra $ 2000 which we had not talked about until that moment, we even putting $ 2500 Down payment and a 700+ credit, so they raised the price of the car from $8,500 ton$10,500, for a 2011 car with 88,000 miles. No way that I going to pay that amount for a use car that was even damaged on the rear end according to they own car fax documents which I agreed to buy if it would sell for the price that we agreed on in the morning; a total disregard and disrespect for customer time, horrible experience, 4 year ago was the same thing with my mother car pushing me really hard to buy an insurance that I don’t need and I don’t want to pay for. I find a better dealer to make business with.

Every member of this staff is very friendly. Tyler was my technician and took very good care of me, going above and beyond. He saved me some money by showing me other options. My car is running more smoothly after the services performed.

Had to go to Van Subaru to get some remotes programmed. They were able to program them quickly and while we were there they discovered a recall. The staff were wonderful and I highly recommend them for your next purchase or service.

Good service! Always wash the car after service. Not my favorite Subaru Dealer though.nWe prefer the Subaru Dealer in Lee's Summit.

We just purchased an Outback yesterday. The process was overall painless. Eddie was our salesman and was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The finance department also did a great job of working with us to get a good term/rate/payment. We will definitely be going here in the future.
