Very professional, and courteous. Experts in their field, and one of the only proper suzuki shops left.
I love big nice dealerships with multiple brands! I love helpful and friendly people too! I was there for a recall issue with my Suzuki and I was in and out within the hour! And now, I know where the it's an Alfa-Romeo dealer!
I have taken my Suzuki to Northtowne for three service recalls, and on each occasion I have been really impressed with their outstanding performance. They are always very friendly, but highly proficient and professional. The last time, Scott did a great job of checking me in, and he even found a guest office so I could work remotely. I recommend them highly.
Service writer Matt (I think that was his name)did a great job at not taking all my money. He did the services that were in most need and did the most cost effective option instead of installing new parts. This is the only place where you can get factory service on Suzuki’s and him and the mechanic did great. My ride hasn’t driven this nice in a long time!
It is never fun to sit and wait to find out what is wrong with your car...but the people at Northtowne made my experience a pleasant one. Nice waiting area, kind and considerate customer service and did everything in the time limit they told me. Thank you
